In Revelation John simply wrote what he saw in the order he saw them, “What thou seest, write,” Revelation 1:11. This study shows that to understand the timing of many of the events in Revelation, the content and context of that event must be studied. Many times, that content or context is found in other parts of scripture. For instance, it is Daniel 9:27 that tells us when the Tribulation starts and how long it is, “he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week.”
